Established 1989 as Highstyle Windows and Kitchens our successful combination of quality products, service, and competitive prices helped us to become the leading company in the area.
As Highstyle grew we added other products to our portfolio such as conservatories, bedrooms and roofline products, and most recently remote controlled garage doors and became Highstyle Home Improvements.
The Partners Dave Peet and Steve Worthington both have extensive knowledge and experience in sales, installation and after sales service since they both started working at the same company in 1984 on the same day!!
Asked why has Highstyle been so successful over the years Dave said "Its basically that we care about our customers, as we don’t spend money on advertising it is important that our customers come back to us time and again, and also we have found that they are only too willing to recommend us to their families and friends. This is the cheapest form of advertising and helps us offer quality products at reasonable prices by keeping down our overheads."
Steve added "although we are the longest established company in the area and have over 5000 satisfied customers, people think that we are quite a big company, however we have never wanted to grow into a ‘corporation’. We can control the day to day running of the business and our customers like the fact that they are dealing with the owners of the company".
We have never believed in high pressure sales techniques - we call, measure, quote - have a cup of tea and leave!
